Both are cotton like cover which makes the "Sticker" not secure as needed. During the sleeping, the diaper stick may be loosened. So, as a diaper user, you should know that the sticker cannot hold the Wet Diaper in place.

The Abri Form M4 is a little bit too big for me. however, the cotton like cover is softer than the cover of Nateen.

For the absorbency, both are similar. You do not have to worry the leakage during sleeping.

However, the Abri Form is more expensive than the Nateen ... It costs more than HK$10 per diaper. The Nateen only cost about HK$5 per diaper.

Disposable Diaper with Cotton-like cover was firstly sold in baby market, in my opinion, Cotton-like cover is for the baby, not for their parents. The advantage of Cotton-like cover is non-sticky when it is wet; therefore, in the Summer, the diaper will not stick to the skin of the parent who holds the baby in  the sweating arms.

On the other hands, the diaper wearer will feel more comfortable when sweating due to the same reason - the legs can be moved without sticking to the diaper with plastic cover.

For Adults, Cotton-like cover has one more advantage ... silence. Walking with plastic diaper, sound comes out obviously, people around you may know you are wearing diaper ... embarrassing.

Some people think that the leak-proof of Cotton-like is worse than Plastic one, moisture can comes out through the Cotton-like cover; however, Cotton-like cover is also made of plastic, they should have the same leak-proof ability.

But, some brands have breathable covers, moisture may pass through the breathable cover.

For low price products, the diaper cover is not breathable, no moisture can come out; however, it is not comfortable to be worn in the hot days ... no pee ... but the diaper will be wetted by the sweat.
